Cancer treatments can be expensive and worrying about finances can get in the way of regaining your health. A program of the Colorado Gynecologic Cancer Alliance, Carol’s Wish can help and is available to all those diagnosed with gynecologic cancers, regardless of income, insurance coverage, or citizenship status.
CGCA Cares Financial Assistance
Ovarian, Fallopian tube, and Peritoneal cancer patients are eligible to apply for CGCA Cares, a small cash fund that benefits survivors who find themselves in a situation of critical financial need due to the hardship of their ovarian cancer diagnosis. Approved applicants are eligible for $500 per month for up to 6 months. This is a lifetime limit.

To qualify for monthly assistance, you must:

be diagnosed with ovarian cancer, Fallopian tube, or peritoneal cancer

currently be in chemotherapy or other oncologist-directed treatment for ovarian cancer (does not include maintenance therapy)

OR, have completed surgery or treatment for ovarian cancer within the last three months

verify your medical status from your oncologist
